  • This Agreement (including the schedules and exhibits annexed hereto or referred to herein), together with the PHH Guide, contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, with respect thereto.

  • If Purchaser makes such examination prior to the Funding Date and identifies any Mortgage Loans that do not conform to the PHH Guide, such Mortgage Loans will be deleted from the Mortgage Loan Schedule at Purchaser’s discretion.
