Nonprofit means a nonprofit corporation as defined and established through

Not-for-Profit means that an organization receives compensation only for the reasonable costs of its operation, including reasonable compensation for products and services provided to Members to enable them to use Medical Cannabis pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 11362.7 et seq.; reasonable compensation for employees; reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in providing those products or services, or both. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses may include, but are not necessarily limited to, reasonable expenses for Member services and education, rent or mortgage, utilities, construction, furniture, maintenance, analytic testing, security, professional service costs, regulatory compliance costs, debt service, and reserves.

Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Not-for-Profit Organization means a nonprofit corporation as defined in ORS 307.130.
Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.
Scholar means a player aged sixteen or over who has signed a Scholarship with a Premier League or Football League Club or licensed National League Club, and who has completed a registration form for Scholars in accordance with FA Rules and Regulations.

Community means Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Orthopedic Hospital’s primary service area, although not exclusive to, is Vanderburgh County which is in southern Indiana. A Patient will also be deemed to be a member of the Organization’s Community if the emergency and medically necessary care the Patient requires is continuity of emergency and medically necessary care received at another Ascension Health facility where the Patient has qualified for financial assistance for such emergency and medically necessary care.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.
Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.
Nonprofit organization means an organization that is exempt from federal income taxation pursuant to Section 501(a) of the Code and described in Section 501(c) of the Code and that has as one of its designated activities, as indicated on United States Internal Revenue Service form 1023 "recognition of exemption", an activity that is directly related to the purposes for which grants may be issued under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 as described in divisions (A) and (B) of Revised Code Section 164.22
Enterprise means the Company and any other corporation, constituent corporation (including any constituent of a constituent) absorbed in a consolidation or merger to which the Company (or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries) is a party, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent.
SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.
Colony means a hive and its equipment and appurtenances, including bees, comb, honey, pollen, and brood.
Commercial enterprise means a person (other than an individual) who carries on commercial activities in any jurisdiction relating to the production, trade, transport or use of forest risk commodities.”
