Physicals definition

Physicals. If the position requires an employee to have a medical examination, the District shall pay for such examination. It is further agreed that the employee will execute a medical release form authorizing release of the medical report to the District and to otherwise report their findings to the District.

Physicals. The Hospital will pay for an annual physical exam for each nurse to the extent that said exam is not covered by the nurse’s medical insurance. Examples of Physicals in a sentence

  • Physicals will be given at the Board- designated health provider and will be paid for by the Board.
