Physicals definition

Physicals. If the position requires an employee to have a medical examination, the District shall pay for such examination. It is further agreed that the employee will execute a medical release form authorizing release of the medical report to the District and to otherwise report their findings to the District.
Physicals means the deliverables identified in Section 1 Parts D of this Annex 1.
Physicals. The Hospital will pay for an annual physical exam for each nurse to the extent that said exam is not covered by the nurse’s medical insurance. The Hospital also agrees to pay for CBC, Chem. 12 and U.A. that are done at the Hospital and ordered by the nurse’s physician as part of the physical exam.

Examples of Physicals in a sentence

  • Physicals will be given at the Board- designated health provider and will be paid for by the Board.

  • Physicals for travel, employment, insurance or license are not covered.

  • Physicals not taken at the Board-designated health provider will not be reimbursed and driver will be required to retake the physical through the designated provider.

  • Physicals – Transportation employees will be paid a flat two (2) hours of pay for their required yearly physical.

  • Physicals required to obtain a CDL or Van Certification will be reimbursed up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) when provided by a physician selected by the Board.

  • Physical abuse means any physical injury, mental injury, or threatened injury, inflicted by a person responsible for the child’s care other than by accidental means; or any physical or mental injury that cannot reasonably be explained by the child’s history of injuries or any aversive or deprivation procedures, or regulated interventions, that have not been authorized by Minn. Stat. § 125A.0942 or § 245.825.

  • Physical Escort means the temporary touching or holding the hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, or back of a student who is acting out for the purpose of inducing the student to walk to a safe location.

  • Badge means a form of identification issued by the Commission identifying a registrant or licensee.

  • Physical assault means intentionally causing or attempting to cause physical harm to another through force or violence.

  • Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
