PIN Advice definition

PIN Advice means a written communication from us confirming a PIN;

Related to PIN Advice

  • DRS Advice means a Direct Registration System (DRS) advice;

  • Legal Advice as used herein shall be solely and exclusively limited to the advice provided by legal counsel stating legal rights, duties, liabilities and defenses and shall not include factual information or the formulation or analysis of business strategy.

  • Advice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).

  • Medical Advice means any consultation or advice from a Medical Practitioner including the issuance of any prescription or follow-up prescription.

  • investment advice means the provision of personal recommendations to a client, either upon its request or at the initiative of the investment firm, in respect of one or more transactions relating to financial instruments;

  • Independent professional advice means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary, or other licensed professional adviser.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Consult or “consulting" means thoroughly reviewing and discussing the relevant facts and discretionary issues.

  • Independent Legal Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys, selected in accordance with the provisions of Section 1(c) hereof, who shall not have otherwise performed services for the Company or Indemnitee within the last three years (other than with respect to matters concerning the rights of Indemnitee under this Agreement, or of other indemnitees under similar indemnity agreements).

  • input means any goods other than capital goods used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

  • Preclearance Officer means the person designated as the Preclearance Officer in Appendix 2 hereof.

  • Educational Agency means a school district, board of cooperative educational services (BOCES), school, or the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

  • Unsolicited advertisement means any advertising claims of the

  • Suggestions means all suggested improvements to the Service Offerings that you provide to us.

  • Assistance means cash and any other benefits provided pursuant to this chapter.

  • lawyer means, in the Province of Quebec, an advocate or a notary and, in any other province, a barrister or solicitor;

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.
