Pizza Hut Restaurants means the Pizza Hut and Wing Street restaurants owned and operated by Holdings or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries on the Original Closing Date, and any other Pizza Hut restaurants in which Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries acquires an interest and operates after the Original Closing Date.
