Examples of Plan Awards in a sentence

  • The Company reserves the right to impose other requirements on your participation in the Plan, Awards granted thereunder, and any Shares acquired under the Plan, to the extent the Company determines it is necessary or advisable to comply with applicable law or facilitate the administration of the Plan.

  • The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means (including without limitation the Plan, Awards, Award Agreements, prospectuses required by applicable securities law) and all other documents that the Company is required to deliver to its security holders (including without limitation, annual reports and proxy statements).

  • The Committee shall have full discretionary authority to grant, pursuant to the terms of the Plan, Awards to those individuals who are eligible to receive Awards under the Plan.

  • The payment of Dividend Equivalents in cash in conjunction with any outstanding Awards or Prior Plan Awards shall not count against the Overall Share Limit.

  • Awards means Options, RSUs and PSUs granted to a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan;
