Plan Commencement Date definition

Plan Commencement Date means the date on which Bank commences operation of the Plan. Bank shall be deemed to have commenced operation of the Plan on the earlier of the date on which Bank begins to issue new Accounts or the date on which Bank notifies Spiegel Group in writing that Bank has commenced operation of the Plan.
