Examples of Plan Extension in a sentence

  • If Seller has not achieved the Initial Delivery Date as of the Expected Initial Delivery Date because of a Force Majeure event or Plan Extension, Seller is not responsible for paying Delay Damages for the period extending to the first day following a day-for-day extension of the same duration as the Force Majeure event or Plan Extension.

  • Plan Extension Policy: There is no option to extend or add access time to any Barney + Flo(w) plan including all a la carte purchases.

Related to Plan Extension

  • Time Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.5;

  • Line Extension means the provision of facilities (including, but not limited to, poles, fixtures, wires, and appurtenances) necessary for delivering electrical energy from the point of origin to one or more of the customer's points of delivery. Facilities provided by the Company to maintain, protect, upgrade, or improve its overall distribution system (even if necessary due to a customer's load addition) are not considered part of a line extension.

  • Brand extension means any brand that incorporates all or a substantial part of the unique features of a preexisting brand of the same supplier. As used in this subsection, "supplier" means a brewer, micro brewer, an outstate seller of beer, a wine maker, a small wine maker, an outstate seller of wine, a manufacturer of mixed wine drink, or an outstate seller of a mixed wine drink, a mixed spirit drink manufacturer, or an outstate seller of mixed spirit drink.

  • Service Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c).

  • REO Extension As defined in Section 3.16(a).
