Planning Coordinator. The ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement. As soon as practicable, or no later than a date to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties, the ISO shall reimburse the Transmission Owners for all costs associated with the start-up and establishment of the ISO, to the extent that the ISO is authorized by FERC to recover such costs. Related to Planning Coordinator

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
