Project Leader definition

Project Leader means the individual who was identified as the Project Leader in the Proposal. Project Leaders are responsible for all aspects of their Project, and meeting the deliverables identified in their Proposal. The Recipient is ultimately responsible for ensuring the Project Leaders fulfill all their assigned obligations as set out in this Agreement and otherwise;
Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2.
Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e)(v).

  • Each Party may replace its Project Leader or appoint a proxy at any time by giving prior written notification to the other Party.

  • The Parties shall be free to appoint the Project Leader as a member of the JSC.

Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
