Planning Process definition

Planning Process means the process set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement by which [**] and Digimarc will develop Program Work Plans, Statements of Work for Phases [**] and [**] Plans; “[**]” means the [**]; and
Planning Process means the process for the development of the Statements of Work and Roadmap as agreed to in writing between the CBCDG Project Office and Digimarc;
Planning Process means the rolling 6 (six) month planning process conducted by the Licensees each month so as to ensure that the Aggregate Capacity is never exceeded, which process takes account of planned receipts, deliveries and maintenance at the Natcos Facility (amongst other things);

Examples of Planning Process in a sentence

  • Phase 1 of the Planning Process will be entirely Tŝilhqot’in Nation-led and self-determined, according to its own internal processes and values.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the deemed pursuit of the Tenure Continuation Path does not limit the ability of the Province and the Tŝilhqot’in Nation to continue the Planning Process for the Mineral Tenures Area (including, if applicable, for the later selection and implementation of the Conservation Path).

  • The Province shall, with the Tŝilhqot’in Nation, make reasonable efforts to seek additional funding from the Government of Canada to support the implementation of this Agreement, including the Planning Process.

  • Nothing contained in Section 2.13 of this Agreement shall limit the right of the NTO to protest, comment on, or engage in litigation before FERC, the New York Public Service Commission, or any court with respect to proposed changes to the Reliability Planning Process.


More Definitions of Planning Process

Planning Process has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1; (ttt) “Project” has the meaning set forth in Recital C;
Planning Process means a series of meetings in which the Parties plan the resources required to meet the prioritized requests and development backlog in the short term and to meet the anticipated demand in the mid and long term.   • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
