PLEASE BE ADVISED. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND WHATUDOIN CAN BE BROUGHT (SEE SECTION 15 BELOW). WhatUdoin provides the WhatUdoin application, website and technology platform (collectively, the “WhatUdoin Platform”), a marketplace where persons who seek things to do in certain destinations (“Clients”) can be matched with persons hosting things to do (“Hosts”). Hosts and Clients are collectively referred to herein as “Users” of the WhatUdoin Platform. Through the Ambassador Program, WhatUdoin provides Ambassadors with certain incentives for referring new Users to the WhatUdoin Platform. In order to be an Ambassador you must create an Ambassador account and remain in good standing under this Agreement. WhatUdoin reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Ambassador Program or any portion thereof at any time in WhatUdoin’s sole discretion. In the event WhatUdoin modifies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such modifications shall be binding on you only upon your acceptance of the modified Agreement. WhatUdoin reserves the right to modify any information referenced in the hyperlinks from this Agreement from time to time, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Ambassador Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Unless material changes are made to the arbitration provisions herein, you agree that modification of this Agreement does not create a renewed opportunity to opt out of arbitration (if applicable).
