Adviser definition

Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
Adviser means any subsidiary of Federated registered as an investment adviser with the SEC.
Adviser shall include Directors, officers and employees of the Adviser as well as that corporation itself.

  • In the event that the services of any Sub-Adviser are terminated, the Adviser may provide investment advisory services pursuant to this Agreement to the Fund without a Sub-Adviser or employ another Sub-Adviser without further shareholder approval, to the extent consistent with the 1940 Act or any exemptive relief granted thereunder.
