Adviser definition

Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
Adviser means any subsidiary of Federated registered as an investment adviser with the SEC.
Adviser shall include Directors, officers and employees of the Adviser as well as that corporation itself.

  • The Adviser agrees to treat all non-public records and other information relating to the Fund and the securities holdings of the Fund as confidential (collectively, “Fund Confidential Information”) and shall not disclose any such Fund Confidential Information to any other person unless either (a) permitted by this Agreement or (b) the Board of Directors of the Fund has approved the disclosure.
