PMI Premium. The amount payable to the PMI Insurer on each Distribution Date, which amount shall equal one twelfth of the product of (i) the PMI Premium Rate, multiplied by (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the PMI Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties as of the first day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the Due Period relating to the previous Distribution Date, to the extent received or advanced) plus any applicable premium taxes on PMI Mortgage Loans located in West Virginia and Kentucky.
PMI Premium. The amount payable to the PMI Insurer on each Distribution Date, which amount shall be calculated as the product of (i) the PMI Premium Rate, multiplied by (ii) the unpaid Principal Balance of each PMI Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the Due Period relating to the previous Distribution Date, to the extent received or advanced), plus any applicable premium taxes on PMI Mortgage Loans located in West Virginia and Kentucky.
PMI Premium. The primary mortgage insurance premium for each PMI Policy, payable monthly to the PMI Insurer, and with respect to each monthly premium payment, 1/12 of the annual premium.

  • Extra Premium means an additional amount charged by Us, as per Our Underwriting Policy, which is determined on the basis of disclosures made by You in the Proposal Form or any other information received by Us including medical examination report of the Life Insured.

  • Insurance Premium means the amount that each Debtor shall pay on a monthly basis to Agos pursuant to the relevant Consumer Loan Agreement, in relation to the insurance premium paid by Agos to the relevant Insurance Company under any Financed Insurance Policy.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Single Premium means the Premium amount specified in the Schedule payable in Lump Sum at the inception of the Policy. No further Premiums are payable under this Policy.

  • Regular Premium means the amount exclusive of applicable taxes, if any, payable by the Policyholder at regular intervals during the Premium Paying Term, in amount and at the Premium Payment Frequency, both, as specified in the Schedule.

  • Annual Premium means an amount specified in the Schedule, which is payable under the annual Premium payment mode under this Policy, excluding Extra Premium, if any and excluding service tax or any other taxes, cesses or levies, if any;

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.

  • Make-Whole Premium means, with respect to a Note at any redemption date, the greater of:

  • Applicable Prepayment Premium has the meaning specified therefor in the Fee Letter.

  • Annualised Premium means the premium amount payable in a year chosen by the policyholder, excluding the taxes, rider premiums, underwriting extra premiums and loadings for modal premiums, if any as specified in the Schedule.

  • Maximum Premium has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(b).

  • Prepayment Premium Period means the period during which, if a prepayment of principal occurs, a prepayment premium will be payable by Borrower to Lender.   • Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.

  • Premium means any premium payable under the terms of the Notes.

  • LPMI Fee With respect to each LPMI Loan, the portion of the Mortgage Interest Rate as set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule (which shall be payable solely from the interest portion of Monthly Payments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds), which, during such period prior to the required cancellation of the LPMI Policy, shall be used to pay the premium due on the related LPMI Policy.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.
