PNX Common Stock definition

PNX Common Stock means the outstanding shares of common stock, $0.01 par value, of PNX.

  • Each such PNX Adjusted Performance-Vested RSU will be pro-rated as of the Distribution Date and such adjusted award will remain outstanding and will, subject to achievement of the applicable performance criteria, continue to be payable in shares of PNX Common Stock or cash as determined by PNX’s Compensation Committee in accordance with the applicable PNX Stock Plan, except as provided in Section 5.3(c).
