PO definition

PO or “Purchase Order” means this Contract.

More Definitions of PO

PO or “Purchase Order” as used in any document constituting a part of this Contract shall mean this Contract.
PO means purchase order.
PO means Purchase Order and written contractual agreement issued by the City used to execute the transaction with the Bidder. The P.O. shall serve as notice to the vendor that an award has been made.

The PO is issued on the condition that the Supplier accepts the Terms. Oriflame will not accept and has no obligation to pay for the Goods and/or Services if the Supplier claims that different terms and conditions apply to the supply of the Goods and/or Services. 3 Supply and purchase 3.1 The Supplier agrees to supply and Oriflame agrees to purchase the Goods and/or Services on the Terms. 3.2
PO means a purchase order issued by Hydro for Deliverables; POs may be issued in writing, by email or electronically through Hydro’s En- terprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
PO means the purchase order issued by an authorized RTI representative.
