Polestar Vehicles definition

Polestar Vehicles means new Polestar branded cars imported by Seller into the Territory, for resale to Purchaser. For the avoidance of doubt, used cars, test cars or pre-series cars are not included.

Examples of Polestar Vehicles in a sentence

  • Motor vehicle surface means any pervious or impervious surface that is intended to be used by “motor vehicles” and/or aircraft, and is directly exposed to precipitation including, but not limited to, driveways, parking areas, parking garages, roads, racetracks, and runways.
