Political Evacuation definition

Political Evacuation means the extrication of a Covered Person from the Host Country due to an Occurrence which could result in grave physical harm or death to the Covered Person and is certified by a governing authority via declaration or warning.

Examples of Political Evacuation in a sentence

• In order to qualify as a Covered Event, the Emergency Political Evacuation or Natural Disaster Evacuation must occur as soon as reasonably possible following the event or events set forth in the definitions of Emergency Political Evacuation/Repatriation and Emergency Natural Disaster Evacuation/Repatriation.

• In no event will the Company pay for a Political Evacuation if there is a Travel Warning or Emergency Travel Advisory in effect on or within six (6) months prior to the Insured Person’s date of arrival in the Host Country.
