Polystyrene food service ware definition

Polystyrene food service ware means Disposable Food Service Ware that contains or utilizes Polystyrene.
Polystyrene food service ware means polystyrene-based, single-use, disposable containers and other products used for selling, vending, or serving food or beverages. Polystyrene food service ware includes, but is not limited to, cups, bowls, plates, and hinged or lidded containers (clamshells) that are made from expanded or extruded polystyrene. For the purposes of this ordinance, polystyrene food service ware does not include any of the following products: straws, splash sticks, stir sticks, soup lids, drink lids, utensils, tablecloths, egg cartons, and liquid cartons.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • Cannabis wholesaler means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains, stores, sells or otherwise transfers, and may transport, cannabis items for the purpose of resale or other transfer to either another cannabis wholesaler or to a cannabis retailer, but not to consumers.
