Pool 1 NAS Component. An interest only Component represented by the Class X-A-1 Certificates which has a notional amount equal to the Pool 1 NAS Notional Principal Amount and, subject to the Current Interest Restriction, bears interest at a rate equal on any Distribution Date to the lesser of (i) 1.00% or (ii) the Pool 1 Net WAC.
