Carrier does not undertake that the Goods or any documents relating thereto shall arrive or be available at any point or place during the Carriage or at the Port of Discharge or Place of Delivery at any particular time (whether advertised or not) to meet any requirement of Merchant or any market or use of the Goods or any other purposes.
The Port of Discharge / Ultimate Destination for all imported consignments shall be CHENNAI, INDIA (or as mentioned in the Chapter-III: Schedule of Requirements, Full address details will be given in Purchase Order).
Unless notice of loss or damage to the Goods specifying or describing the exact nature of such loss or damage is given in writing to the Carrier at the Port of Discharge or Place of Delivery before or at the time of delivery of the Goods or, if the loss or damage is not apparent, within three (3) consecutive days after delivery, the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered as described in this Bill of Lading.
The Carrier, if chosen by the Bidder, should be able to deliver goods at the Port of Discharge directly.
