Portable Diesel Engine definition

Portable Diesel Engine means any engine that is not a stationary engine, and that does not propel a motor vehicle, and is a compression ignition (Cl) engine designed and capable of being carried or moved from one location to another. Indicators of portability include, but are not limited to, wheels, skids, carrying handles, dolly, trailer, or platform.
Portable Diesel Engine means a diesel engine that is portable as defined in 71 California Code of Regulations, Section 93116.2(bb).
