Portfolio File definition

Portfolio File means the file described in this paragraph. Description: the Portfolio File specifies, for each Margin Account, all the Open Positions of the Clearing Member that have been entered for the purpose of calculating the Margin which is required to be posted in relation to such Margin Account. Timing: published by LCH SA on each Business Day every hour and at the time of a Margin Call between 09.00 CET and 19.30 CET. For the avoidance of doubt, on a day that is a Business Day but not a Clearing Day, or on a day that is a Clearing Day on which there is no Real Time Session, the relevant Portfolio File will be published.

Portfolio File means the file described in this paragraph.

Portfolio File means the loan portfolio set forth in the electronic file delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser's affiliate, Xxxxxx Xxx, Inc., on the Purchaser's behalf, and reflecting loan characteristics as of September 30, 2012.
