Portfolio File definition

Portfolio File means the file described in this paragraph.
Portfolio File means, collectively, the electronic files reflecting loan characteristics of applicable student loans and produced by ACS in a format consistent with the data files labeled “Disburse” and “Packet” uploaded to the Data Room.
Portfolio File means each and any of the following electronic files permitting together the identification of each Transferred Receivable or Transferable Receivable: - the file setting out the information on the Receivables on a given Statement Date as contemplated by Schedule 3; - the file setting out the information on the Receivables between two Statement Dates as contemplated by Schedule 3; and - the file setting out the information on the Debtors on a given Statement Date as contemplated by Schedule 3.

Portfolio File means the loan portfolio set forth in the electronic file delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser's affiliate, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Inc., on the Purchaser's behalf, and reflecting loan characteristics as of September 30, 2012.

Related to Portfolio File

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.
