Portfolio Loans definition

Portfolio Loans. As defined in Section 8.3.
Portfolio Loans means all assets serviced by the Servicer other than Land Receivables, RDI Loans, Sampler Loans, Conversion Loans and Oasis Lakes Loans.
Portfolio Loans means the Non-FFELP Student Loans purchased by the Portfolio JV pursuant to the Portfolio Purchase.

Portfolio Loans means all assets serviced by the Servicer other than Land Receivables, Introductory Loans and Conversion Loans.
Portfolio Loans means Private Loans acquired by Access Group with proceeds of the Notes, but does not include Private Loans released from the lien of the Indenture and sold to any purchaser.
Portfolio Loans means all of the Purchased Loans. As of the date of the Agreement, the Eligible Loans identified on Schedule 2 hereto have been approved by Buyer as suitable for inclusion as Portfolio Loans, subject to completion of the deliveries and actions described in Section 7.
