DoD recognized unique identification equivalent means a unique identification method that is in commercial use and has been recognized by DoD. All DoD recognized unique identification equivalents are listed at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/iuid_equivalents.html.
Dialing Parity means as defined in the Act. As used in this Agreement, Dialing Parity refers to both Local Dialing Parity and Toll Dialing Parity.
film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).
Heavy-duty hand cleaner or soap means a product designed to clean or remove difficult dirt and soils such as oil, grease, grime, tar, shellac, putty, printer’s ink, paint, graphite, cement, carbon, asphalt, or adhesives from the hand with or without the use of water. “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Astringent/Toner,” “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner” or “Rubbing Alcohol.”

Totally enclosed treatment facility means a facility for the treatment of hazardous waste which is directly connected to an industrial production process and which is constructed and operated in a manner which prevents the release of any hazardous waste or any constituent thereof into the environment during treatment. An example is a pipe in which waste acid is neutralized.
Class LB Uncertificated Interest An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.
Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Global warming potential means how much a given mass of a chemical contributes to global warming over a given time period compared to the same mass of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide's global warming potential is defined as 1.0.
Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account (or separate sub-account within the same account as the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2020-GC46, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2020-GC46, and the Uncertificated VRR Interest Owner, Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interest Any one of the "regular interests" in the Subsidiary REMIC described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class Prepayment Distribution Trigger For a Class of Subordinate Certificates for any Distribution Date, the Class Prepayment Distribution Trigger is satisfied if the fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is the aggregate Current Principal Amount of such Class and each Class of Subordinate Certificates subordinate thereto, if any, and the denominator of which is the Scheduled Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the related Due Date, equals or exceeds such percentage calculated as of the Closing Date.
Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained as a separate trust account (or separate sub-account within the same account as the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2017-P7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2017-P7, Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account.
Class LE Uncertificated Interest An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Less restrictive alternative treatment means a program of

Maximum I-LTZZ Uncertificated Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the REMIC I Remittance Rate applicable to REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ minus the REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) Uncertificated Interest on REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10 for such Distribution Date, with the rate on each such REMIC I Regular Interest subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Margin for the related Corresponding Certificate and (ii) the Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate; provided, however, each cap shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 30.
Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans in effect for the scheduled Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period.
Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date and each REMIC II Regular Interest other than REMIC II Regular Interest C, REMIC II Regular Interest P and REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, a rate per annum equal to the Pass-Through Rate for the Class of Corresponding Certificates for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that for this purpose the Net Rate Cap with respect to each such Class of Corresponding Certificates shall be equal to the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest A-1 and (i) any Distribution Date which occurs on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, the lesser of (a) 6.50% per annum and (b) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date, and (ii) any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (a) 7.00% per annum and (b) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest C, a rate per annum equal to the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the amount determined for each REMIC I Regular Interest (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P) equal to the product of (x) the excess, if any, of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate for such REMIC I Regular Interest over the Marker Rate and (y) a notional amount equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interests. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest P, 0.00% per annum.
Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.
Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").
Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.
