Positive EBITDA definition

Positive EBITDA has the meaning set forth under Section 2.04.
Positive EBITDA means the earnings before net interest, income taxes, depreciation expense, and amortization expense of Clearwire, but only if the result thereof is a positive number.
Positive EBITDA. Borrower shall maintain quarterly a positive EBITDA of not less than 50% of the financial plan approved by the Borrower's board Definitions. For purposes of the foregoing financial covenants, the following term shall have the following meaning:

Examples of Positive EBITDA in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Lease, Positive EBITDA shall mean for each fiscal quarter assuming a fiscal year end of July 31.

Positive EBITDA means, for each period listed in Section 5.02(p), 75% of the amount by which the actual EBITDA for the preceding Fiscal Year exceeds the amount listed in Section 5.04(f) for the preceding Fiscal Year.
