Training and Workshops means reasonable expenditures incurred in connection with the provision of training and workshops under the Project, including study tours, travel expenditures, site rentals, materials, and per diem of trainers and trainees.
Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.
Secondary emissions means emissions which occur as a result of the construction or operation of a major stationary source or major modification, but do not come from the major stationary source or major modification itself. Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Screening means the evaluation process used to identify an individual's ability to perform activities of daily living and address health and safety concerns.
