Potential Repudiation/Moratorium definition

Potential Repudiation/Moratorium means the occurrence of an event described in paragraph (a) of the definition of Repudiation/Moratorium.
Potential Repudiation/Moratorium means the occurrence of an event described in Section 4.6(a)(i).
