Threatened or endangered species definition

Threatened or endangered species means all spe- cies of wildlife listed as "threatened" or "endangered" by the United States Secretary of the Interior or Commerce, and all species of wildlife designated as "threatened" or "endan- gered" by the Washington fish and wildlife commission.
Threatened or endangered species means species listed as threatened or endangered under the federal Endangered Species Act 16 U.S.C. Section 1533, or classified as threatened or endangered by the state fish and wildlife commission under WAC 220-200-100 or 220-610-010.
