Pre-Launch definition

Pre-Launch means that period of time between the date of the Agreement and the date of Product Launch.
Pre-Launch means all activities undertaken prior to and in preparation for the launch of the Product in a given country or region. Pre-Launch shall include all activities directed to market research, advisory boards, medical education, disease-related public relations, sales force training and other pre-launch activities prior to the First Commercial Sale of the Product in a given country or region.
Pre-Launch means those activities involved in the preparation of a launch vehicle, its payload, and the conduct of a launch.

  • During the course of performance of the Pre-Launch Development Services, Airline and Orbitz may periodically modify the Schedule for mutual convenience upon the mutual written agreement of the parties.

  • Orbitz represents and warrants that it will perform the Pre-Launch Development Services in a good and workmanlike manner and will meet or exceed the service levels set forth in the Service Level Agreement.

  • Airline will pay Orbitz the Pre-Launch Development Fee set forth in Exhibit D.

  • The Orbitz Relationship Manager will provide the Airline Relationship Manager with periodic status reports on Orbitz's progress during the performance of the Pre-Launch Development Services.

  • The first Marketing Plan shall be a pre-Launch Marketing Plan, such Marketing Plan to be as approved by the JOC within six (6) months of the Effective Date (the "Pre-Launch Marketing Plan").

  • The Pre-Launch Development Fees, the Hosting and Support Fees, and the Reimbursable Expenses are exclusive of all sales, services or other taxes that Orbitz may be legally obligated to charge Airline for performing the Services, and Airline will promptly pay, or reimburse Orbitz for the payment of, any and all such taxes that may be due or payable.

  • Orbitz will use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide Airline with dedicated resources to provide the Pre-Launch Development Services upon the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Related to Pre-Launch

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.
