Preferred Dividend Payment Period definition

Preferred Dividend Payment Period means (a) in respect of any share of Series A Preferred Stock issued on the Original Issuance Date, the period from and including the Original Issuance Date to but excluding the Initial Dividend Payment Date and, subsequent to the Initial Dividend Payment Date, the period from and including any Preferred Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Preferred Dividend Payment Date, and (b) for any share of Series A Preferred Stock issued subsequent to the Original Issuance Date, the period from and including the Issuance Date of such share to but excluding the next Preferred Dividend Payment Date and, subsequently, in each case the period from and including any Preferred Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Preferred Dividend Payment Date.
Preferred Dividend Payment Period means (a) in respect of any share of Class A Preferred Stock issued on the Original Issuance Date, the period from and including the Original Issuance Date to but excluding the Initial Dividend Payment Date and, subsequent to the Initial Dividend Payment Date, the period from and including any Preferred Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Preferred Dividend Payment Date, and (b) for any share of Class A Preferred Stock issued subsequent to the Original Issuance Date, the period from and including the Issuance Date of such share to but excluding the next Preferred Dividend Payment Date and, subsequently, in each case the period from and including any Preferred Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Preferred Dividend Payment Date.
