Preferred Option definition

Preferred Option means rights, options or warrants to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire Preferred Stock or Preferred Convertible Securities.
Preferred Option shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 5.1.
Preferred Option means any option to purchase Company Series B Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the NF Investors, Inc. 2007 Rollover Stock Incentive Plan.
