Preferred Option definition

Preferred Option means rights, options or warrants to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire Preferred Stock or Preferred Convertible Securities.
Preferred Option means any option to purchase Company Series B Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the NF Investors, Inc. 2007 Rollover Stock Incentive Plan.
Preferred Option shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 5.1.

More Definitions of Preferred Option

Preferred Option has the meaning given to it in clause 8.3(f). Proceeds means:
Preferred Option. Section 2.1Preferred Warrant” Section 2.1
Preferred Option means any option (including, other than for purposes of Section 2.4, commitments to grant options) to acquire shares of Company Preferred Stock, including options granted under the Option Plan, but excluding the Preferred Warrants.

Related to Preferred Option

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Series B Common Stock means the Series B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Parent Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock which was granted pursuant to a Parent Option Plan.

  • Convertible Preferred Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Series E Preferred Shares means the Series E Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.
