Preferred Stock Exchange Offer means each registered offer to exchange the Preferred Stock for Exchange Preferred Stock.
Preferred Stock Exchange Offer means an offer by the Company to exchange any and all of its Series C Preferred Stock (or the exchange debentures issuable in respect of such Series C Preferred Stock in accordance with its terms) for Discount Notes or 2010 Senior Notes.
