Preliminary Allocation definition

Preliminary Allocation means a non-binding reservation of Housing Credits issued to a Housing Credit Development which has demonstrated a need for Housing Credits and received a positive recommendation from the Credit Underwriter.
Preliminary Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(a).
Preliminary Allocation means a non-binding reservation of Housing Credits issued by the Executive Director to a Housing Credit Development which has successfully completed the credit underwriting process and demonstrated a need for Housing Credits.
