Preliminary International Wrap definition

Preliminary International Wrap means the preliminary international wrap to be dated the date of, and attached to, the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus to be used for offers to persons/entities resident outside India containing, among other things, international distribution and solicitation restrictions and other information, together with all supplements, corrections, amendments and corrigenda thereto;
