The Offer definition

The Offer means the binding consent (acceptance) with respect to the Loan given via the Platform by the User intending to lend money to the User who/which submitted the Application, by which the former User accepts and confirms the conditions indicated in the Application and intends to conclude the Loan Agreement according to the Application confirmed by the Borrower.
