Preliminary Plan definition

Preliminary Plan means a map of a rental development proposed under this Chapter which has been surveyed by a licensed professional land surveyor and acknowledged or authorized by the owner, and which accurately depicts streets, alleys, easements, blocks, lots, survey monuments, building envelopes, public/private improvements, utilities, and other attributes of a proposed PAD rental development. The Preliminary Plan shall include such other submittals as to planned improvements as are required by this Chapter.
Preliminary Plan means the map of a proposed subdivision and specified supporting materials, drawn and submitted in accordance with the requirements of adopted regulations, to permit the evaluation of the proposal prior to detailed engineering and design.
Preliminary Plan means a preliminary space plan prepared by Lessee’s Architect showing the general layout of the Demised Premises upon completion of the Leasehold Improvements, which space plan shall contain the information and otherwise comply with the requirements set forth on Annex 1 attached hereto.
