R.1.8 Appeals from decisions of the Ratification Committee with respect to the Preliminary Voters List will be made to the Appeal Board established under E.4.1.
Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will
Preliminary Final Prospectus means any preliminary prospectus supplement to the Basic Prospectus which describes the Securities and the offering thereof and is used prior to filing of the Final Prospectus, together with the Basic Prospectus.
DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Preliminary Report means the communication used for the prompt dissemination of data obtained during the early stages of the investigation;
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Preliminary Approval means the Court’s Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Preliminary Approval Date means the date the Preliminary Approval Order has been executed and entered by the Court.
Preliminary plat means a map showing the salient features of a proposed subdivision submitted to an approving authority for purposes of preliminary consideration.
Preliminary Order means the order proposed by the Settling Parties and approved by the Court in connection with the Motion for Entry of the Preliminary Order to be filed by Class Representatives through Class Counsel, as described in Paragraph 3.2 and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.
Preliminary Official Statement means the Preliminary Official Statement relating to the issuance of the Trust Bonds.
Preliminary Approval Order means the order of the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement Agreement, in substantially the form submitted in connection with Named Plaintiffs’ motion for entry of Preliminary Approval Order.
Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
Preliminary Notice means the notice of intended Termination by the Party entitled to terminate this Agreement to the other Party setting out, inter alia, the underlying Event of Default.
The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.
