The Preliminary Working Capital Schedule shall be prepared in good faith in accordance with GAAP, except as otherwise provided in the definition of Net Working Capital.

More Definitions of Preliminary Working Capital
Preliminary Working Capital means the Net Working Capital as reflected on the Preliminary Balance Sheet, determined in accordance with GAAP.
