Preliminary Working Capital definition

Preliminary Working Capital has the meaning specified in Section 3.3(a)(ii).

  • The Preliminary Working Capital Schedule shall be prepared in good faith in accordance with GAAP, except as otherwise provided in the definition of Net Working Capital.

  • The “Final Net Working Capital” shall be the Preliminary Net Working Capital shown on the Preliminary Working Capital Statement, as modified pursuant to this Section 3.4. More Definitions of Preliminary Working Capital

Preliminary Working Capital means the Net Working Capital as reflected on the Preliminary Balance Sheet, determined in accordance with GAAP.
