Premium Account definition

Premium Account. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and the Certificate Insurer and designated "The Bank of New York, in trust for registered holders of CWHEQ, Inc., Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-S2." Funds in the Premium Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders and the Certificate Insurer for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Premium Account means a bank account into which Premiums collected by Agency are deposited and held in trust for the benefit of Company.
Premium Account means an account in a bank or banks authorized to do business in this State or subject to jurisdiction of this State containing premium monies or voluntary deposits, from which withdrawals may not be made except as specified in COMAR 31.03.03.02C.

Premium Account means the bank account established by Customer on behalf of Customer in a federally or state insured financial institution pursuant to which Liberty shall be 3 provided access in accordance with applicable law governing third party administrators as provided in Section 15.6.
