Prepared for Duty definition

Prepared for Duty. This means that our members will do everything possible to ensure that our organization is at an optimum state of readiness when called upon to respond at a moment’s notice. Our team members will be properly trained, equipped, supported, and focused on safe immediate response and services.

  • Prepared food means the following:

  • Required form means in the form of mill product, such as bar, billet, wire, slab, plate, or sheet, and in the grade appropriate for the production of—

  • Covered foreign country means The People’s Republic of China. “Covered telecommunications equipment or services” means–

  • Adjusted for inflation means increased in accordance with the formula for inflation adjustment set forth in Exhibit C to the Master Settlement Agreement.

  • Placed for adoption means the assumption and retention of a legal obligation by a person for the total or partial support of a child in anticipation of adoption of the child. If the legal obligation ceases to exist, the child is no longer considered placed for adoption. [PL 1993, c. 666, Pt. A, §1 (NEW).]

  • Prescribed Forms means the forms prescribed from time to time under or pursuant to subsection 66(12.7) of the Act filed or to be filed by the Company within the prescribed times renouncing to the Subscriber the Qualifying Expenditures incurred pursuant to this Agreement and all parts or copies of such forms required by the CRA to be delivered to the Subscriber;

  • Being Considered for Purchase or Sale means, with respect to any security, that a recommendation to purchase or sell such security has been made and communicated or, with respect to the person making the recommendation, such person seriously considers making such recommendation.

  • Applied For means that you have already applied for a TIN or that you intend to apply for one soon. Caution: A disregarded U.S. entity that has a foreign owner must use the appropriate Form W-8.

  • registered firm means a registered dealer, registered adviser or registered investment fund manager;

  • Adulterated means food or milk to which any of the following apply:

  • prescribed form means, with regard to the filing of Annual Financial Information, Audited Financial Statements and notices of Listed Events with the MSRB at www.emma.msrb.org (or such other address or addresses as the MSRB may from time to time specify), such electronic format, accompanied by such identifying information, as shall have been prescribed by the MSRB and which shall be in effect on the date of filing of such information.

  • Misbranded means food to which any of the following apply:

  • Good Laboratory Practices or “GLP” means the then-current Good Laboratory Practice (or similar standards) for the performance of laboratory activities for pharmaceutical products as are required by applicable Regulatory Authorities or Applicable Law. In the United States, Good Laboratory Practices are established through FDA regulations (including 21 C.F.R. Part 58), FDA guidance, FDA current review and inspection standards and current industry standards.

  • Covered Federal Action means any of the following Federal actions:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN means a Practical Nurse who has completed a certificate program and passed the practical nurse licensure exam as required by the WY State Board of Nursing.

  • Licensed practical nurse means a person licensed as a trained practical nurse under ch. 441, Stats.

  • the 2003 Act means the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003;

  • the 1993 Act means the Pension Schemes Act 1993; “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995;

  • Licensed practitioner means an individual who has been trained in the use of personal restraint and seclusion, who is knowledgeable of the risks inherent in the implementation of personal restraint and seclusion, and who is 1 of the following:

  • Certified nurse practitioner means an individual who is licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 who has been granted a specialty certification as a nurse practitioner by the Michigan board of nursing under section 17210.

  • Advanced practice registered nurse means an advanced practice registered nurse

  • Sole practitioner means a GP performer who is himself a contractor.

  • Unaccounted for Gas or ‘UAFG’ means the difference between the Quantity of Gas received into the Network and delivered out of the Network, over a specified period of time.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Armed forces of the United States means the army, navy, air force, coast guard, or marine corps of the United States or a reserve unit of one of those branches of the armed forces.

  • Chinese Medicine Practitioner means a Chinese medicine practitioner who is duly registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong pursuant to the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Cap. 549) of the laws of Hong Kong, but excluding the Insured Person, the Policyholder, an insurance intermediary, an employer, employee, Immediate Family Member or business partner of the Policyholder and/or Insured Person.
