Preparing Party definition

Preparing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

Examples of Preparing Party in a sentence

• In the event that Past Practice is not applicable to a particular item or matter, the Preparing Party shall determine the reporting of such item or matter in good faith.

• Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Preparing Party is responsible for the costs and expenses associated with such preparation.

Preparing Party means, with respect to a Tax Return, the Party that is required to prepare and file any such Tax Return pursuant to Section 3.1 or Section 3.2 of this Agreement, as applicable.
