Where either Party is required under this Agreement to make a supply (“GST Supplying Party”) to the other Party (“GST Receiving Party”) for Tax purposes, and Tax is chargeable on such supply, the GST Supplying Party shall provide the GST Receiving Party with an invoice (“Tax Invoice”) including such particulars as are required by any law imposing Tax and such other information as required to claim any credit allowed under a law imposing Tax in respect of such supply.
