• The Party that prosecutes a patent application in the Joint Patents (the “Prosecuting Party”) shall provide the other Party reasonable opportunity to review and comment on such prosecution efforts regarding the applicable Joint Patents in the particular jurisdictions, and such other Party shall provide the Prosecuting Party reasonable assistance in such efforts.
