Examples of Prepay LLC in a sentence

  • Any Scheduling Entity designated in accordance with this Section 3.1 shall commence service at the beginning of a Month, unless mutually agreed in writing between Prepay LLC and Issuer.

Related to Prepay LLC

  • Prepayment means any prepayment, whether in part or in full, in respect of any Receivable.

  • Borrower Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment means the offer by any Company Party to make a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a Specified Discount to par pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(B).

  • Discounted Term Loan Prepayment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(a)(ii)(A).
