Prepayment and Cancellation Notice definition

Prepayment and Cancellation Notice means a notice provided pursuant to and in accordance with the provision of Clause 2.3(e).
Prepayment and Cancellation Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(b).

  • Repayment Notice Each notice required to be delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3 in respect of any reduction in the Facility Amount or repayment of Advances Outstanding, in the form of Exhibit A-2.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay the Annual Special Tax obligation in full for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section G.

  • Mandatory Prepayment is defined in Section 2.4(a).
