Prepayment Option Date definition

Prepayment Option Date means the date falling five years after the earlier to occur of (a) the Delivery Date in relation to Ship A and (b) the Delivery Date in relation to Ship B.
Prepayment Option Date means, in respect of an Advance, the Final Repayment Date of the Commercial Facility Advance forming part of such Advance.
Prepayment Option Date means the date 30 days prior to the Final Commercial Facility Maturity Date.
