Prepetition liabilities that are subject to compromise under ASC 852 are preliminary and may be subject to, among other things, future adjustments depending on Court actions, further developments with respect to disputed claims, determinations of the secured status of certain claims, the values of any collateral securing such claims, rejection of executory contracts, continued reconciliation or other events.
Prepetition liabilities that have been paid post-petition or those that each Debtor anticipates paying via this authorization have not been included in the Schedules.
