Prepetition Loan Documents definition

Prepetition Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date.

Prepetition Loan Documents means the Prepetition Credit Agreement, the Hedge Agreements (as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement) and the related guaranties, pledge agreements, security agreements, mortgages, notes and other agreements and instruments entered into in connection with the Prepetition Credit Agreement and such Hedge Agreements, (including the Prepetition Collateral Documents) in each case as amended, modified or supplemented through the Petition Date.

Prepetition Loan Documents means those documents defined as the Prepetition Loan Documents in Section III.B. of the Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement.

More Definitions of Prepetition Loan Documents

Prepetition Loan Documents means each of the documents, agreements and instruments (including, without limitation, all collateral documents) executed and delivered from time to time in connection with the Prepetition Credit Agreement.
