Prepetition First Lien Agent definition

Prepetition First Lien Agent means Cantor Fitzgerald Securities in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition First Lien Loan Agreement, and its successors and assigns.
Prepetition First Lien Agent means General Electric Capital Corporation, as administrative agent on behalf of the Prepetition First Lien Lenders under the Prepetition First Lien Credit Agreement, and any successor agent duly appointed under the Prepetition First Lien Credit Agreement.
Prepetition First Lien Agent means Angelo, Gordon Energy Servicer, LLC, in its capacities as the administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition First Lien Credit Agreement, together with its successors and assigns in such capacities.

  • The Borrower shall participate in telephone conferences with the Prepetition First Lien Agent and the Administrative Agent and their respective professionals no less than once per week and more frequently during normal business hours as requested by the Prepetition First Lien Agent and Administrative Agent (or their respective professionals) in writing (including via electronic mail) upon at least one (1) Business Day’s notice.

More Definitions of Prepetition First Lien Agent

Prepetition First Lien Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement and related financing documents or any such successor administrative agent (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Replacement First Lien Agent).
Prepetition First Lien Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Prepetition First Lien Credit Agreement.
